St Nicholas 145 Celebration Service

We are 145 years old in August!
Why 145?
Why not? The actual date of the consecration of St Nick’s, 3 August, falls on a Sunday this year - and it won’t happen again until 2031 (we’ve checked!).
On the day itself, Sunday 3rd Aug, we have a special service at 10am, followed by a bring-and-share lunch. The service is a Sunday Celebration, which consists of an informal all-age service, time for refreshments and conversation, and then a short celebration of Holy Communion. Our guest speaker is Archdeacon Andy Broom. This is followed by a bring-and-share lunch.
