Messy Church

Messy Church is a well-established national initiative which welcomes people to explore and engage with God in a structured but informal service. After a brief welcome and introduction, the bulk of a Messy Church service is centered around a range of activities which all relate to the story/theme of the day in different ways. There could be arts and crafts of all varieties, games/challenges, and of course the potential for a little mess(!!). At the end of the activity time, everyone regathers for a Bible story and short talk linking the various activities together, a prayer, and a song. It's especially suitable for families, but it's church - so all are welcome!. Children must be accompanied by a parent or adult carer.
