Join me for Happy, Healthy Hips, a 6-week yoga journey designed to:

✨Open and deeply stretch your hips
✨Strengthen your hip flexors, glutes, and core
✨Improve your mobility, stability, and overall wellbeing

📅 When: Mondays 18h30 – 19h45

📍 Where: In-person (Yoga Station Neuchâtel) + Zoom option
🎥Lifetime access: All classes recorded and shared with you

Each week, you’ll learn new techniques to:

💛 Gain flexibility, mobility, stability, and strength
💛 Release tension in your hips and lower back
💛 Improve your posture and breathing

✨This series is open to all levels of yoga experience. If you are in general good health and can move comfortably on your mat, you are welcome to join.

👥 Spaces are limited in the studio. Sign up early if this speaks to you.
