Fourth Annual Whoopie Pie Festival

The Chamber & Economic Development of the Rutland Region is hosting the Fourth Annual Whoopie Pie Festival on September 13 from 12-4 PM on Center Street and Merchants Row in Downtown Rutland, Vermont! Bakers from across the Northeast will have whoopie pies for festival attendees to taste-test. Not into whoopie pies? There will be food trucks and other activities for all!
