This is an informal get together for the full moon, the evening will incl lots of spiritual chats, drumming and light codes.
Group drumming is excellent for mental, emotional and physical well-being because it:

- strengthens our immune system
- improves circulation and reduces blood pressure
- improves our memory
- improves moods and reduces burnout
- reverses our stress response on the genomic level
