BCM on the air

Hi Folks,
Jerry VE6TL, Cliff VE6PLC, and I VE6AGD will be participating in the Bomber Command Museum (BCM) of Nanton Mosquito Day on Sat. July19. This event, starting at 10 AM, will include a Lancaster engine run-up and other aviation displays.
“The Museum on the Air group” will be demonstrating the Lancaster Radio and DMR and will have other World War II radios on display.
BCM (VA6BCM), has plans to install an antenna so QSOs can be made from the museum.
The objective of the “VA6BCM -Museum on the Air group” is to demonstrate and display Aviation radios used during WWII and display the evolution of the technology.
It would be great to add pre-war aviation radio technology if anyone has any ideas.
This year's museum's future events are:
Mon, Aug 4
Sat, Aug 23
Sat. Sep. 13
If you are interested in participating, let me know.
Ken Hill VE6AGD, 73
