Seniors' Bus Trip

Summer Seniors' (age 55 and over) Bus Trip to Midland and Parry Sound, leaving Thursday September 4 at 7am from 250 Clark. Overnight at Hampton Inn in Midland. On Thursday we will visit St. Marie Among the Hurons in the morning, have lunch at Birch Canoe Restaurant (at Martyr's Shrine), and spend a few hours hiking in the Wye Marsh. If time and weather allows, we will go for a war canoe ride. Afterwards, there is an opportunity to visit some shops downtown Midland. Dinner is on your own. Friday breakfast is included, and then we head to Parry Sound. We will head up the fire tower to start the day, and then walk the NOrth Shore Rugged Hiking Trail. Lunch is on your own. We have booked seats on the Island Queen, leaving the town docks at 1pm and arriving back at 4pm. Some of us will be going swimming at Old Town Beach in the afternoon, and shopping downtown.
