Liven Up Lincoln

The City of Bettendorf has set a budget of $150,000 to upgrade Lincoln Park (951 27th Street) and we want your input!

Lincoln Park features a popular splash pad and has recently added a new bathroom. Now, our attention turns towards replacing the aging playground to further enhance this neighborhood park.

We invite you to join us for a Community Input Event on Thursday, July 17 from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. and make your voice heard on what type of playground you want to see or share other features that might be needed. We will show you examples of non-traditional options that fit within the budget such as a bike playground or a pump track. We will also show you examples of traditional, but modern playground equipment. The future is up to you!

PARKING: Due to the upcoming 27th Street Reconstruction Project, please park along Erin Street and Thorn Street on July 17.

If you have any questions/concerns during this process, feel free to contact John Byrnes, Parks & Recreation Director at amJ5cm5lcyB8IGJldHRlbmRvcmYgISBvcmc= or (563) 344-4122.
