The Sparrows @ Big Rail Stage

Forming in 2007, the Sparrows (Chris Gray, TC Davis, Corey Gray, Jason Martin) were one of the originators of the “Americana” sound, and brought a gritty rock vibe to the singer-songwriter genre. Their influences include everything from Tom Petty, The Black Crows, and The Band, to Motown and R&B.

Following the momentum of high energy live performances, they released their first album "Back in the Red" in 2009. Their sophomore release, "Magnolia Sessions" dropped in 2013 to critical acclaim. The band went on hiatus in 2015, and have gathered the original lineup for a new album and live performance dates in 2025.
