July Roundtable - RECRUITING!!

Pack Leaders: Please encourage ALL of your leaders and committee members as well as any other parents who might be helpful at sign up night to attend this meeting! I know we won't be able to get everyone there... but please make sure that AT LEAST one person from each Unit IS there to understand what the Committee has been working on (for several months now).

If you don't already have a Membership / New Member Coordinator for your Unit, do you have any parents you can ask to serve for just August and September? Invite them to attend also.

Troop leaders: Some of our Units will need your help too! We're focusing on Pack recruiting this month, but we will be shifting to focus more on Troop recruiting after this!

BRING WITH YOU:
- Your Pack’s display board(s)
- A sample of your planned kids’ activity
- A printed copy of your calendar
- Your answer to "Why should I want my kid to be in Cub Scouts?"
