Dynamic Strength

As our bodies change through the years, so must our health strategies! This strength training class is designed to support and challenge the aging body, male or female. Every class will be filled with body weight exercises to support all realms of movement (no equipment necessary!). We will combine traditional strength training exercises with specific exercises for pelvic floor health (YES, men need this, too!), for joint mobility, and for increasing strength and ease with everyday movements.

This class is geared towards all levels of strength. Modifications and accommodations are part of the practice!

Thursdays @ 5:30 pm
$15/single class, $135/10 pack of classes, or use your studio membership!
