Cooking Class with Fresh Garden Produce

Join us for a night of food education, in partnership with Rising Sun Artisan Foods, as we work with fresh garden produce. Together we will prepare a variety of side dishes, utilizing the freshest harvest of the season. Each participant will have the opportunity to assist in preparing the dishes and enjoy samples of each dish prepared. We will discuss how to select quality produce, where to source it, how to season veggies and give flavor, along with demonstrations of different cooking techniques. This class will utilize locally sourced produce.

Dubois County residents, ages 18 and up, are invited to join the course. Registration is required due to limited class space.
