Get ready for Mitchell’s Run Thru Rockford with our ROGA (Run + Yoga) summer training series! Each session combines a short group run/walk with a yoga flow designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support recovery — perfect for runners and non-runners alike.

✨ What to Expect:
👟 20–30 minutes of walk/run (all paces welcome)
🧘‍♀️ 30–40 minutes of yoga for runners — stretch, strengthen, and breathe

This supportive, all-levels series will keep you motivated and moving through the summer as we train for a cause that matters. Whether you’re a first-time 5K-er or a seasoned runner, this is for you!
