Chef Jami Pham is taking us on a culinary stroll through Vietnam with this hybrid Hands-On meal. Not our typical hands-on experience this one gets you involved while still serving up some culinary delights from Vietnam. Chef Jami just doesn't bring the flavor, she's bring the fun too!
First Course: Build Your Own Vietnamese Spring Rolls: Multiple fillings & Dipping Sauces | shrimp | rice noodles | lettuce | basil | cilantro | jalapeno | carrot | cucumber | bell pepper
Second Course: Thịt Gà Nướng: Lemongrass Chicken | chargrilled on a cast iron served with Sốt Xanh, a spicy green sauce
Third Course: Cà Phê Sữa Đa, Viet Iced Coffee: A strong, sweet coffee brewed through a viet phin filter, served over ice in a to-go cup.
PLEASE NOTE: The last six (6) tickets to sell may be seated at a high-top table, behind counter seating.
