Space to Rest: Shavasana + Yoga Nidra

Join Audrey Jansen, E-RYT 500 for space to rest through a guided shavasana + yoga nidra practice.
New to yoga nidra? It is a state of being that could be described as a “stateless state of mind” and with practice can lead to the experience of an absorption into spaciousness that transcends the mind and leads to greater peace.
This event will begin with a guided shavasana for full-body relaxation and the intention to remain conscious while perhaps moving deeper within yourself to a state of yoga Nidra.
Participants will want to dress warmly and bring:
-An extra cozy blanket
-A pillow
-Something to cover the eyes
Additional blankets + bolsters will also be provided at the studio for extra comfort and it might be supportive to bring a journal for processing after the practice.
Investment of $24, annual members receive a 20% discount. Held in-studio on Saturday, August 9th from 3-4:15 PM
