From Fire to Flow: an Intro to Ayurveda

Join us for a 90-minute journey into the heart of Ayurveda, the ancient science of self-healing and natural living. This special event is designed to help you understand your inner constitution and learn how to stay balanced, especially during the heat and intensity of the Pitta season.

We’ll begin with an accessible, engaging introduction to Ayurveda, exploring the foundational principles of the doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), and how these energies affect your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

After our discussion, we’ll move into a cooling 30-minute Pitta-pacifying yoga practice, designed to release excess heat and tension from the body. We’ll close with a gentle breathwork technique and a guided meditation to soothe the nervous system and settle into stillness.
