Perfect Pint Certification Toast

As many of you know, starting in March of 2024 to April of 2025 we have been working hard on getting our pub “perfect pint certified”. We started with a full staff training on the history of Guinness and how to pour the perfect pint. We were then rigorously tested on all aspects that go into pouring a Guinness- the temperature of the beer, the PSI, the storage of the kegs and proper glassware, etc.. After some strategic adjustments, we are proud to announce that we passed the tests, and the Guinness Brewery Ambassador, Mike Reardon, granted us with the Perfect Pint Certification; one of only 15 establishments in Massachusetts to receive the certification.
