The sun is essential for life on Earth, and some animals utilize the sun in interesting ways. Discover members of the animal kingdom that use the sun to stay clean, healthy, fed, warm, and dry. Did we mention thereβs an animal that uses the sun to provide oxygen to their eggs? We'll discover how some animals adapt to the heat of the summer, too! Participants should be able to hike a mile on uneven terrain, and bring water.
