Girls ages 9-14 are invited to come together to form a strong circle of connection, creativity and support.
Each gathering will be unique but with an overall focus on:
*learning techniques to help regulate their emotions and manage their stress responses
*practicing self-love and body appreciation/positivity
*exploring different rituals and creative practices for deeper connection with the earth, themselves and one another
*walking through this time of great change with other girls who understand
