Sam, the lovely owner of Practice Altadena, our local yoga studio, is offering a complimentary drop-in class for those attending the ADC this evening. The 1-hour class starts at 6pm, and is an easy 10-15 steps away from Miya. Yoga at 6pm and walk over to Miya hungry for dinner at 7pm!
Attending Sam's class will also give you an extra entry into this month's raffle.
