Hey Viper Parents! As we gear up for the season, please make sure your athlete is prepared for every practice. Starting July 8th, we are officially logging hours toward our required 10-hour helmet-only period before full contact can begin. Let’s make sure our Mini Vipers come ready to go!

✅ Practice Essentials to Bring:

Helmet 🪖

Shoulder Pads

Cleats

Water Bottle (labeled with their name) 💧

Practice Jersey (if issued)

Mouthguard (required for contact drills later on)
