Drop into a deep state of rest, release, and inner connection.

This guided experience blends intentional breathwork with immersive sound to help quiet the mind, open the heart, and regulate the nervous system. You’ll be led through three rounds of rhythmic breathing, gentle breath holds, and moments of stillness—designed to shift your brainwaves, release energetic blocks, and spark the body’s natural healing chemistry.

Think: dopamine, oxytocin, endorphins, and that blissed-out post-breathwork glow.

We’ll use live sound instruments—like crystal bowls, gong, and handpan—alongside a curated soundtrack to deepen your journey. You’ll be laying on a mat the whole time, with a bolster, rolled towel, and blanket to keep you cozy and grounded.

This session meets you where you’re at—whether you’re brand new to breathwork or already have a practice.
