Our progressive swim program is designed for ages 5+ and offers multiple levels to meet your child where they areβwhether they're just getting comfortable in the water or ready to refine their strokes.
π§ Class Levels:
πΉ Level 1: New to swimming? Weβll build comfort and introduce floating, gliding, and basic kicks.
πΉ Level 2: Some water experience? Time to build skills and confidence with assisted movement and floating.
πΉ Level 3: Independent front and backstroke swimmersβletβs strengthen those strokes!
πΉ Level 4: Consistent swimmers ready to build endurance and technique.
πΉ Level 5: Learn multiple strokes and how to tread water for up to a minute.
πΉ Level 6: Advanced stroke development and endurance training for confident swimmers.
