Manolito’s menu features a collection of Manolito Bar and Restaurant’s favorite classics. The cocktails remain just as they have been served since the bar’s inception—and as many have been served for generations. The cantineros and cantineras of Manolito firmly adhere to the techniques of El Floridita’s once-owner, Constante Ribigualgua. Ribigualgua’s meticulous techniques have been taught to generations of cantineros—including Manolito himself—for nearly a century. In turn, Manolito, graciously passed his blender to the bartenders of New Orleans. We are here to make sure the spirit of his legacy will always remain. The staff of Manolito invites everyone to celebrate the daiquiri culture New Orleans has always known, the way it was originally intended. ¡Salud!
