Eskom Expo Gert Sibande Regional Science Fair will bring together pre-selected learners who have advanced through school- and district-level competitions to showcase their research excellence and innovative thinking.

This year marks a significant milestone as the Gert Sibande Region celebrates its 30th anniversary with Eskom Expo, three decades of nurturing young scientific talent and promoting STEMI education in the district.

This event serves as a platform to highlight the scientific talent and creativity of the region’s next generation of changemakers. Learners will present their original projects across multiple Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Innovation (STEMI) categories, demonstrating analytical skills, curiosity, and solutions-driven approaches to real-world challenges.
