💕We’re Turning 14! FREE Yoga & Sound Bath!💕

14 years ago, on a hot day in late July, we opened our doors and the journey of bringing Viniyoga to my hometown of Tonasket began! In deep gratitude for Community, Connection, Healing & Heart-Centered Work, we’re offering a FREE Yoga Session + an Integrated Sound Journey!

FREE! (Or by donation if you feel called to support the space!)

This will be an integrated Viniyoga practice. Here’s what to expect:
-Breath-Centered Movement - Appropriate for all levels + adaptations will be given! Can even be done in a chair!
-Pranayama - Breathwork
-Meditation & Self-Reflection
-Sounding with the Harmonium
-Sound Bath - We have 9 crystal singing bowls ranging from 8”-18”!

What to bring:
+Your own mat if you have one, a blanket and anything else you need to be cozy for the sound bath. We have mats & blankets for your use as well!
+Your friends!!
+Dress for comfort in movement and in stillness 🙏
