Beginners Yoga focuses on the nuts and bolts of yoga in the Hatha Yoga tradition. Balance your nervous system and bring a sense of wellbeing to body, mind and soul.

* Learn all the beginner poses (asanas) and how to practice safely and effectively for your body.

* Learn breathing techniques (pranayama) that will enhance your sense of wellbeing and calm your mind.

* Experience deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation.

This class caters for all health conditions.

BYO blanket/shawl for yoga nidra. There are mats and cushions provided in the Golden Room, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
