Schoolhouse Lessons: Music (featuring Colin Welford from Colin & Friends)
Music is on the mind for the third Friday of Schoolhouse Lessons! πΆπ΅
We will explore music as a historical artifact to learn about the past. A field trip to the Ephraim Moravian church to experience organ music with Colin Welford will add to our music journey. And, no Schoolhouse Lesson would be complete without historical chores, group recess games, and journaling.
(If participants have dietary restrictions, we welcome them to bring their own snack to enjoy during snack time)
Schoolhouse Lessons are a perfect activity for families and students of all ages. Visitors are transported back into the early 1900s with historically inspired lessons ranging from geography, arithmetic, reading and more taught at our one-room Schoolhouse.
1:00pm on Fridays in July & August.
This program is FREE, but we encourage everyone to register so we know who all to expect!
