Settle into the clear nature of your mind. This special retreat will provide ample opportunity to gain experience of meditation practice. Buddha taught that our mind is like the boundless, clear blue sky. Our mental busyness, painful emotions, judgements and so on are like clouds. Through training, we can allow them to dissolve, revealing the boundless potential within.

This is not complicated! Giving ourselves the space to be on retreat and learn simple techniques for quieting the mind, we can discover a sense of joy and possibility. We will see that the quiet simplicity brought about through meditation is nourishing and encouraging. Having tasted this, we’ll realize this is always accessible.
