Vaulting Clinic for Beginners! (Or those who just want to try it!)

No Commitment- Fun Vaulting Session/Clinic for those who want to try out vaulting for the first time! Open to all ages, will have Sign Up Genius for age input to divide into two groups if needed.

What you will learn:

Warmup exercises and games
Stretching- Dynamic and Static
Safety Dismounts for Equestrians
Vaulting Compulsories
Vaulting team Freestyles in groups on barrels (props provided for added fun)
Yes we will be on the horses too!
Lunch provided and Water/Drinks

Existing Vaulters are welcome to help demonstrate so please let me know if you want to participate with a special Club rate!
