Larry & Kathy McBride Memorial

Larry & Kathy McBride were staples in the East Coast Speedway for years. The parents of two of the Greatest Eastern riders of all time, Tuff & Lenny McBride. Larry had a video company, McBride Video, and taped all the races and then wrote the stories and results of the events for the local papers and Cycle News. Kathy did the signups and scoring at the tracks. Each August we do the McBride Memorial which features old school scratch and handicap racing. In a fitting tribute, both Tuff and Lenny have wins at the event and their names are on the plaque! COME OUT AND WATCH THE AMAZING RIDERS!! Let's get sideways in McBride Fashion and let's keep our fingers crossed that maybe Lenny will be 'out of medical' and take the track in his parents honor!! He has been battling a shoulder injury so it is our hopes to have him back on the seat really soon!
