Yoga Nidra is a guided practice taking participants to a place of neither awake nor asleep. This state of deep relaxation promotes regulation of the nervous system and improves the quality of sleep. This class will begin with gentle movements that prepare the body for stillness followed by Yoga Nidra.

Who: Suitable for all bodies able to remain still for an extended period. Encouraged for those experiencing high stress, chronic anxiety, disrupted sleep, etc.

Additional Details:
• Cost $15 pp
• Bring a full-size towel to use as a prop and a yoga mat.
• Dress in layers to ensure comfort throughout.
