Celebrate National TRACK Trails Day at Hagg Lake!
Join our ranger-led hike and explore as a group while learning more about this national program that aims to get kids outdoors. Ranger Sean will cover the activities and brochures associated with the trail while covering local birds and trees at our park.
The Scoggins Valley TRACK Trail begins at the Cedar Grove trailhead, paralleling the Nelson Creek tributary, and ends at the intersection for the Orchard Ridge trailhead. The trail is roughly a 1.65 mile out and back trek through a mixed evergreen forest and Oak Savanna.
This hike is free and open to all ages. Registration is required, as space is limited to a group of 20.
