Step Aerobics, Weights, Kettlebells and Stretch Work Out

This is a 75 minute class that energises, strengthens and stretches the body.

We start off with a fun and accessible step and aerobics workout with and without handweights on or off a step. We then sculpt, tone and strengthen the abs, glutes, thighs, arms, chest and back with hand weights and low-weight kettle bells. We finish with a soothing and calming stretch down.

This class is lots of lots of fun, energising and upbeat music, fun sequences and an opportunity to work at your level - I offer modifications and my classes are always progressive so beginners are welcome.
