The session will be a blend of Core Fusion, Strong Nation, and perhaps a touch of Zumba!
Core Fusion focuses on strengthening the core, improving balance, building upper and lower body strength, and enhancing overall flexibility.
Strong Nation combines bodyweight exercises, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training, all synchronized to original music created to match each movement.
