Join Family Life Educator Kara Schweitzer and learn how the gentle, relaxing movements of Tai Chi can help relieve pain and stiffness from arthritis and improve your balance.
This program can benefit anyone looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while aging.
Sessions are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30-2:30 pm at the Rock River Center in Oregon on June 25 and 30, July 7, 9, 14, 15, 21, 23, 28 and 30, and Aug. 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, and 20. No class on July 2 due to the Fourth of July holiday. Commitment to the full program is recommended due to the class format.
Please consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. Participants will be asked to sign a disclaimer before participating in any physical activities.
