Sound Bath & Meditation

Laura Lives Lovingly has invited me to run a monthly sound bath at The Holistic Hub in Market Rasen 🎶🎵

🕑 7 pm - 9 pm

We will start with a slow and steady Chakra meditation using affirmations to open up and invite in our true essence, this will be accompanied by Chakra Tuning forks ✨️

We will then transition into the Sound Bath with the intention of shifting and releasing any blocked energies brought to the surface with the meditation ✨️

There will be time to reflect and share a hot drink before leaving the space ✨️
