FREE family friendly Summer holiday activities
Join HandMade Theatre for some Puppet Birding, a fun family show inspired by British birds.
Meet our two quirky Bird Watchers as they take you on an adventure in search of birds. Look out for our friends Robin, Kestrel, Magpie, Goose and Oyster Catcher.
This puppet show is a great way to interact with beautiful, handcrafted puppets and enjoy original live music. This show features lots of eggciting interactive songs and fun facts.
We will also be running a puppet making workshop, so join us and get creative as you make your very own flapping bird puppet.
The performances will happen at 11.30am & 2.30pm – they last 20 minutes with approx 10 minutes following to interact with the puppets.
The workshop will happen at 1pm.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
This is a free event supported with funding from Arts Council England, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and Blackburn & Darwen Markets.
The activity is organised and managed by Culturapedia and Spot On Lancashire.
