Sarah Leyla is a Forrest and Restorative yoga teacher, wellbeing mentor, and health coach with over 9 years' experience guiding students into deeper connection with their bodies. Her classes are grounding, compassionate, and intelligently sequenced - designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release , and inner clarity.
This collaborative session combines:
Slow Flow Yoga (1 hour) �: Led by Sarah Leyla, a seasoned yoga practitioner, this session gently guides you through grounding breathwork and gentle movements to ease the nervous system and promote physical and mental calm. �
Tea Break (15 mins) �: Enjoy a warm cup of organic herbal tea, fostering connection and conversation in our intimate gathering. �
Gong Bath (45 mins) �: Let Aleksa guide you through a meditative sound journey with traditional healing instruments including Tibetan bowls, percussion, chimes, and gong. Experience deeply restorative brainwave states (Alpha, Theta, and Delta) for profound relaxation and balance. �
All equipment is provided. Just bring a cosy blanket, settle in, and allow this restorative session to guide you toward peace and rejuvenation. �
This session is open to all—no prior yoga or meditation experience needed. Mats, cushions, and organic herbal teas are provided. Bring a blanket or extra matting for added comfort if you wish. �
