Ladies this programme has been designed for Women Only by a Woman. You might currently be working out, but not quite sure how strong you are. This programme has been designed so you can find out. Track all you lifts each week, each session. You will visibly see how well you can progress each week. The goal is to build stronger legs, and stronger upper bodys. You will learn how to maximize strength in each of your lifts.
