SUP Yoga! Gloucester Docks Activity Hub

Try something a bit different in the Gloucester Docks with Stand up paddleboard (SUP) Yoga - a fun and challenging way to connect your mind and body and spend time by water.

This free, instructor-led class on various Tuesdays and Thursday evenings through the summer, offers a fun and dynamic way to experience yoga practice, engaging your body, improving balance, and practicing mindfulness.

Led by experienced SUP yoga instructor, Julia Frearson, this class combines yoga with playing outdoors and balancing on water.
SUP yoga is suitable for all skill levels. We aim that no one enters the water but participants must be able to swim. These sessions are suitable for adults and all equipment will be provided.
