3rd Annual 5k Walk/Run

MOTIVATE Physical Therapy is hosting its 3rd Annual 5K Walk/Run October 4th, 2025, at 9 am in the beautiful village of Cornwall.

This year's charitable cause will be, Love Holds Life Children’s Cancer Foundation.

ENTRY FEE: $35 EARLY REGISTRATION $45 after 10/3/2025

Race Day Registration: 7:00 am- 8:15 am
