Restorative Yoga w/ Reiki

Join Amelia for a special pop up Restorative Yoga Class. This will be a relaxing class using bolsters and blankets allowing the body to feel fully supported. Poses are held for several minutes. Throughout poses Amelia will offer individual Reiki healing, enhancing calmness and relaxation throughout the practice!
