We’ve got a big mission—and we need your hands and hearts! 💛
Headwear for My Homies is aiming to collect 700 kids’ winter hats for an amazing back-to-school giveaway on August 5th, where children will receive free backpacks, school supplies—and, with your help—a warm handmade hat! 🎒🧢
🎉 Join us for a Makers Meeting where we’ll crochet, loom, and crank out as many hats as possible together!
📅 Date: Saturday, July 19th
🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Location: Community Baptist Church
276 Eastern Ave, Rochester, NH
🧵 I’ll have my yarn stash open for all to use, plus 3 hat machines and looms available on-site! Makers are encouraged to bring their favorite needle or hook and come ready to make a difference.
💝 All hats made will go directly to children in need.
🧶 Yarn donations are also welcome and can be dropped off during the event.
Let’s come together to make sure no child in Rochester goes cold this winter. 💙
