We’re kicking off our anniversary with a seminar you won’t want to miss—Professor Jamie Cruz is coming through to share world-class technique at 11am. If you’ve never trained with him, now’s the time. If you have, you already know what kind of knowledge is about to be dropped.
After the seminar, it’s time to unwind. BBQ at my place starts at 1pm—live music, games, swimming, great food, and even better people. This is what community looks like.
Seminar is $40. BBQ is free—just BYOB.
We’ll also be handing out some well-earned promotions throughout the day.
