Paws and Portraits:
Youth Photography Contest
Rules:
-Ages 18 years and younger.
-The photo must be taken by the entrant (adults may help small children).
-Up to three entries per person.
-Entry is by email: a high-resolution photo should be emailed to bXVzZXVtIHwgY2l0eW9mbWwgISBjb20=
-If, for any reason, you are unable to email a photo, contact the museum for other options.
-The Museum will print the photos on high-quality, standard-size paper (8.5 x 11 inches).
-We will crop your photo to fit our parameters (no square or panorama photos).
-Don’t limit yourself to cats and dogs. We love cows, ducks, lizards, and more!

Important Dates:
-Deadline for entry: August 22, 2025
-Display Dates: August 30 – September 30, 2025
-Pickup Dates: October 1– 10, 2025 (photos will be disposed of after this date).
-Prizes include gift cards from local businesses and will be awarded in the following age categories:
-8 years and younger
-9 to 12 years old
-13 to 15 years old
-16 to 18 years old
-Overall People’s Choice
-Include with your entry:
-First and last name
-Age
-Photograph title (Be creative, our judges love creative titles!)
