The Art & Science of Happiness

Do you ever wonder what makes people truly happy? Want to know how to bring more joy into your life? Join us on Saturday, August 23rd, from 9:00 to 10:30 AM at Hopewell United Methodist Church for a special event with Dr. Eric Zillmer, a pioneer in the study of happiness and well-being.

Dr. Zillmer, the Emeritus Athletic Director at Drexel University and founder of The Happiness Lab, has spent his career studying the art and science of happiness—what makes people truly happy and why some live longer, healthier, and more meaningful lives. He’s even been dubbed "the most interesting man in the world" by the Philadelphia Inquirer—and after hearing from him, you'll understand why! He’ll share his findings from the world’s “Blue Zones”—places where people experience incredible longevity—and how we can apply those secrets to create more happiness in our own lives.

Whether you're looking to discover more joy or just curious about the science behind it, this talk is for you. Invite a friend or neighbor who might be interested, too! We’ll have light refreshments and a chance to ask questions afterward. There’s no cost to attend, but please register here to save your spot: https://tinyurl.com/ywp29tx4. We can’t wait to explore happiness together!
