Join us for a meaningful evening of movement, reflection, and community.
Kim E-RYT 200 and Amber E-RYT 200 will guide a Sun Salutation sequence workshop rooted in traditional yoga for modern life. We’ll focus on proper alignment, understanding the poses in both Sanskrit and English, and deepening your connection to the flow—whether you’re new to yoga or revisiting the foundations.
We’ll open the space by casting a circle around a nature-inspired summer mandala altar, created with flowers, herbs, and quartz to set intentions and ground our practice. 🌿🌼
After the movement, Stephanie will lead a group tarot reading to invite reflection, clarity, and connection.
🌙 On this evening, the moon will be in its Waning Gibbous phase in Pisces—a time for letting go, integrating recent lessons, and listening to your intuition. Pisces energy invites us to dream, soften, and tune into the unseen—perfect for gentle movement and shared insight.
