🎭 AUDITION NOTICE
Second Street Players is thrilled to announce auditions for their fall show, the weird and wonderful musical comedy with a heart (and teeth!), Little Shop of Horrors.
Director Chris Ennis has announced open auditions for Second Street Players’ second musical of the 2025 season, Little Shop of Horrors. Auditions will be held on Friday, July 25th and Saturday, July 26th 2025, at 6 PM at SSP’s Riverfront Theater, located at 2 S. Walnut St, Milford, DE. Call backs (if needed), will be held at 6 PM on Sunday, July 27th , 2025, also at the Riverfront Theater.
Auditions will be done in time slots. For information regarding time slots, prepared songs and audition cuts from the show, please go to our website, www.secondstreetplayers.com. Dress comfortably in the event you are asked to learn a simple movement. For those who are not able to audition in-
person, you may submit a video audition; contact bHNvaHNzcCB8IGdtYWlsICEgY29t for specific details. Those selected must be available to perform in all 6 shows in order to audition.
Performance dates are October 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 2025.
Shy floral assistant Seymour Krelborn comes across a new breed of plant which he affectionately names "Audrey II" after a coworker he has a crush on. With a soulful R&B voice as well as a potty mouth, Audrey II has an unquenchable thirst for Human Blood. As she continues to grow bigger and meaner, she promises endless fame and fortune to the downtrodden Seymour – but only as long as he keeps supplying fresh blood. Over time, Seymour discovers Audrey II's true origins and desire for global domination!
