Energy Hygiene and Energetic Boundaries: A Class for Empaths, Intuitives, Creatives & Healers

Do you often feel overwhelmed by other peoples’ energy or drained in certain environments or situations? You’re not alone. All of us who are empathic, intuitive, offer healing or engage in creative activities experience this to varying degrees. This is because being highly sensitive is our natural state. Unfortunately, the world can be very loud and chaotic, necessitating that we cultivate strong energetic practices. Even if you have some tools, at times, you may find that they’re not strong enough or may not be being used consistently enough. In this class, we’ll explore energy hygiene practices, transmuting and clearing negative energy, establishing and maintaining energetic boundaries, updating energetic tools, asking for help from your spiritual team and more. Our intention will be to create a safe and sacred high frequency energetic space around us so that we may experience a greater sense of peace and well being while keeping our hearts open and our intuition flowing.
